BAB Credit definition

BAB Credit means the credit provided in Section 6431 of the Code in lieu of any credit otherwise available to the bondholders of BABs under Section 54AA(a) of the Code.
BAB Credit means the federal tax credit provided in Section 6431 of the Tax Code payable to the City with respect to bonds that are issued pursuant to Section 54AA of the Tax Code.
BAB Credit means the credit provided in Section 6431 of the Tax Code which the City directly receives with respect to any securities payable from all or a portion of the Net Pledged Revenues in lieu of any credit otherwise available to the holders of such securities under Section 54AA(a) of the Tax Code, pursuant to an irrevocable election by the City that Section 54AA of the Tax Code shall apply to such securities and that subsection (g) of Sections 54AA will also apply to such securities and any similar or other credit received by the City from the Federal Government which is made to the City to pay interest on securities payable from all or a portion of the Net Pledged Revenues and which the City commits to use in the same manner for those securities as a BAB Credit as provided herein.

  • If the BAB Credit is received, the amount of interest on the 2009B Bonds to be paid from Pledged Revenues will be lower.

  • Letter of Credit Accommodations means the letters of credit, merchandise purchase or other guaranties which are from time to time either (a) issued or opened by Lender for the account of Borrower or any Obligor or (b) with respect to which Lender has agreed to indemnify the issuer or guaranteed to the issuer the performance by Borrower of its obligations to such issuer.

  • Revolver means a short firearm having a cylinder of several chambers that are brought successively into line with the barrel to be discharged, designed to be aimed and fired by the use of a single hand.
