Back To Town Container definition

Back To Town Container means a container entering the port for export but unable to be exported for whatever reason and taken back to town.
Back To Town Container means a container entering the terminal for export for a specific vessel voyage but unable to be exported for some reason and removed from the terminal.

  • Original container means the container in which a health item was sold, distributed, or dispensed.

  • Hazardous container means a container containing hazardous goods as classified under IMO.

  • Shipping container means a MIL-STD-129 defined exterior container that meets carrier regulations and is of sufficient strength, by reason of material, design, and construction, to be shipped safely without further packing (e.g., wooden boxes or crates, fiber and metal drums, and corrugated and solid fiberboard boxes).

  • Motor vehicle surface means any pervious or impervious surface that is intended to be used by “motor vehicles” and/or aircraft, and is directly exposed to precipitation including, but not limited to, driveways, parking areas, parking garages, roads, racetracks, and runways.

  • Regulated motor vehicle surface means any of the following, alone or in combination:

  • Container means any portable device in which a material is stored, transported, treated, disposed of, or otherwise handled.

  • Delivery into consignees store or to his site means delivered and unloaded in the specified store or depot or on the specified site in compliance with the conditions of the contract or order, the supplier bearing all risks and charges involved until the supplies are so delivered and a valid receipt is obtained.

  • Sale and Lease-Back Transaction shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03.
