Back-up Compounds definition

Back-up Compounds means compounds (i) Covered by the Existing Licensed Patent Rights other than JCN068, and (ii) having as their primary mechanism of action [***].
Back-up Compounds means those certain Antibody Drug Conjugates Discovered in performance of the Research Program with Primary Activity in the Field directed against the same Target as the applicable Compound.
Back-up Compounds means those compounds, the structures of which are shown on Exhibit B.

  • As soon as Vertex has identified a Development Candidate which it believes meets the Development Candidate Criteria, it will so notify CFFT and the JRC and will include with that notice the Development Candidate Information with respect to that Development Candidate and its Back-up Compounds.

More Definitions of Back-up Compounds

Back-up Compounds means the compounds listed in the Back-Up Compounds Schedule.
Back-up Compounds means a Research Plan Compound, other than the Selected Candidate, resulting from the same Research Plan, and including any additional Compounds to be generated that result from any wildtype TCR identified during the performance of such Research Plan; Biosimilar is defined in Clause 13.6.2(b);
Back-up Compounds means Candidate Compounds meeting the criteria set forth in Exhibit I.
