Backload Reporting Transaction definition
Backload Reporting Transaction means a derivatives transaction entered into between the Customer and Danske Bank or another member of the Danske Bank Group which was entered into prior to the reporting start date (as defined in EMIR) and which was outstanding at any time on or after 16 August 2012.
