Backlog Report definition

Backlog Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to CNB, executed by Borrower to evidence the Backlog.
Backlog Report has the meaning set forth in Section 4.28.
Backlog Report means the report, captioned "Monarch Sidn▇▇ ▇▇▇klog, June 30, 1997", attached hereto at PART 1.4 to the Disclosure Schedule.

Backlog Report means a report substantially in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.

Backlog Report shall be replaced in its entirety by the language set forth in that certain letter from the Lender to Essex Corporation dated March 3, 2006 and reiterated below, namely:
