Backlog Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to CNB, executed by Borrower to evidence the Backlog.
Backlog Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.26.

Backlog Report. (as defined in the Senior Credit Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date); and (b) a "proposal/opportunity report" describing potential new contracts; and
Backlog Report means a written report, appropriately completed and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H prepared by Borrowers on a quarterly basis that details the calculation of Backlog for the Defined Period ending on the last day of the applicable fiscal quarter and the orders and transactions related thereto and an evaluation against the Borrowers’ stated criteria for determining that such orders meet the criteria for inclusion in Backlog, together with such back-up documentation (including, without limitation, a quarter-to-quarter analysis detailing new gross orders, cancellations, age-outs, drop-outs and system installation-related product revenue) as Agent shall reasonably require in support thereof.
Backlog Report shall be replaced in its entirety by the language set forth in that certain letter from the Lender to Essex Corporation dated March 3, 2006 and reiterated below, namely:
Backlog Report means a monthly report of Borrower's outstanding contracts (in the same form as currently produced and in substance satisfactory to Lender), which contracts must have on any date of determination a minimum value of no less than $8,000,000 in the aggregate.
