GLJ Report definition

GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 12, 2021 and effective December 31, 2020.

GLJ Report means the report of GLJ dated effective as of December 31, 2010, with a preparation date of January 21, 2011, assessing and evaluating the proved and probable reserves and contingent resources of the Corporation located in the Christina Lake, Surmont, Thornbury, Greater May River, West Jackfish, Kirby, East Kirby and Portage areas of Alberta.
