Backlog Revenue definition

Backlog Revenue means amounts anticipated as of December 31, 2002 to be recognized as Revenue by the Buyer during calendar year 2003 from the licensing or servicing of Seller Products and Buyer Products in respect of arrangements evidenced by executed, definitive agreements under which the only contingency to such Revenue being recognized by the Buyer is the performance by the Buyer of its obligations under such agreements.

Related to Backlog Revenue

  • Operating Revenue means in any single fiscal year during the effective term of this Agreement, the total revenue generated by Party B in its daily operation of business of that year as recorded under the “Revenue of Principal Business” in the audited balance sheet prepared in accordance with the PRC accounting standards.

  • Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;

  • Recurring Revenue With respect to any Recurring Revenue Loan, the meaning of “Recurring Revenue” or any comparable definition in the related Underlying Instruments relating to recurring maintenance or support revenues, subscription revenues, and recurring revenues attributable to software licensed or sold (excluding one-time license revenues) in the Underlying Instruments for such Loan.

  • Net Revenue means an entity’s total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. “Net Revenue” is synonymous with “Profit.”

  • Total Revenue bears the same meaning assigned to this expression in the Codes of Good Practice on Black Economic Empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and promulgated in the Government Gazette on 9 February 2007;
