Backup Copies definition

Backup Copies means the backup copies of the Data, created through use of the Third Party Backup Product;
Backup Copies means authorized copies of the LANDesk Products and related files, solely for backup, disaster recovery or archival purposes, and specifically excludes all other uses, including but not limited to loading, execution, and display of the Licensed Software, the Subscription Software and related files.
