Backup Services definition
Backup Services means the backup services to be provided by the Company to the Client as set out in the Schedule;
Backup Services means the back-up services (if any) to be provided by the Supplier as described in the Service Level Agreement applicable to the Customer. Business Day: any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England. Confidential Information: information that is proprietary or confidential and is either clearly labelled as such or identified as Confidential Information in clause 11.5. Control: shall be as defined in section 1124 of the Corporation Tax ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and the expression Change of Control shall be construed accordingly. Customer Data: the data inputted into the information fields of the Software by the Customer, by Authorised Users, or by the Supplier or Affiliates or contractors of the Supplier on the Customer's behalf. Effective Date: the Start Date specified in the Key Information Sheet.
Backup Services means the services indicated in Schedule 3 of Service Level Agreement. “Charging Rates” means Our consultancy rates from time to time, the current ones being set out in Schedule 2 of the Service Level Agreement.

Effective Date: the date on which the Customer first accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use and accesses the Software via the Hosting Services. Hosting Fees: £nil.

Backup Services. The network transfer and safe storage of customer data and/or server workloads as detailed in the Contract.
Backup Services means the various services and components thereof indicated on the applicable SOW, including, without limitation, the Software, any documentation both on and offline, as well as any modifications, derivatives, updates or upgrades as may be offered by Westechs from time to time, and which are subscribed to by the Client via a Subscription. “Account” means the account located upon the Infrastructure, created and maintained by Client in order to access the Services. “Subscription Fees” means the fees payable in respect of a Subscription order by Client as set forth on the SOW. “Device” means Windows or non-Windows servers, workstations, computers or any mobile devices upon which or through which the Services are used and/or installed “Virus or Malware” means programming or software code designed to damage, destroy or otherwise interfere with programs, software, and/or devices, including, but not limited to: Trojan Horses; any Windows temporary files of any kind (including, without limitation, any *.tmp or ~*.* files); worms, and/or corrupted files. “Software” means any downloadable client software which is provided by Westechs solely for the purpose of accessing the Backup Services. “Subscription” means the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Backup Services, as ordered by Client, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the full and timely payment of the Subscription Fees.
Backup Services has the meaning set forth in Schedule E attached to the Terms of Use.
Backup Services means online access to configurable backup and recovery software application(s) for use in creating, storing, and restoring backup copies of Customer’s Content.
