Baggage Charge definition

Baggage Charge means a charge payable by a Passenger for Carriage of his/her Baggage pursuant to Peach's Regulations.

  • Any payment or refund of excess Baggage Charge or excess value charge to be made in the case of Change of Flight or cancellation of Carriage shall be subject to the provisions hereunder concerning payment of additional fare or refund of fare; provided, however, that Peach shall not make refund of excess value charge in the event that a portion of the Carriage has already been completed.

  • Weight≦ 45 KG (100 LB): 3 Units of Excess Piece Baggage Charge rate should be applied.

  • Where an item is not included in the Baggage Allowance, it will be subject to both the Excess Baggage Charge (but not Oversize/Overweight Baggage charges) and the service charges below.

  • Dimensions≦ 292 CM (115 IN): 2 Units of Excess Piece Baggage Charge rate should be applied ** The total linear dimensions of checked baggage exceeding 292 CM (115 IN) cannot be accepted as checked baggage.

  • Musical instruments will be included in determining the Baggage Allowance, and when in excess (over 2 checked items), overweight or oversize (90 linear inches – 116 linear inches is considered oversized for musical instrument items) such item will be subject to the Excess Baggage Charge.

  • Weight≦ 32 KG (70 LB): 0.5 Unit of Excess Piece Baggage Charge rate should be applied.

  • Any payment or refund of excess Baggage Charge or excess value charge to be made in the case of Change of Flight or cancellation of Carriage shall be subject to the provisions hereunder concerning payment of additional fare or refund of fare; provided, however, that Peach shall not make refund of excess value charge in the event that a portion of the Carriag e has already been completed.

  • Checked instruments will be included in determining the Baggage Allowance, and when in excess (over 2 checked items), overweight or oversize (90 linear inches – 115 linear inches is considered oversized, and over 50 lbs is considered overweight), such item will be subject to the Excess, Oversize, and Overweight Baggage Charge.

Related to Baggage Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Unchecked Baggage means any baggage (carry-on) accompanying the passenger other than checked baggage.

  • Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Contract feeder means a person who as an independent contractor, feeds commercial feed to animals pursuant to a contract whereby such commercial feed is supplied, furnished or otherwise provided to such person and whereby such person’s remuneration is determined all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits or amount or quality of product.
