Balance Remaining definition

Balance Remaining. With respect to any Contract, as of any date, the aggregate (undiscounted) amount of all unpaid Scheduled Payments due under such Contract.
Balance Remaining means, as of the end of any month, the total of all unpaid scheduled lease payments (not including any payment owing in respect of any residual value of the Leased Equipment) under all Equipment Leases of the Borrower and any Subsidiary to the extent such lease payments are then due or are scheduled to become due during the remainder of the lease term and whether or not such Equipment Leases constitute Eligible Receivables, but "Contract Balance Remaining" shall not include amounts owing under Equipment Leases over ninety (90) days past due. The Contract Balance Remaining is not discounted for present value.

  • Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).

  • Loss Amount means the dollar amount of loss incurred and reported on the Monthly Certificate for a Shared-Loss Loan.
