Bank Affiliates definition

Bank Affiliates means any Affiliate of the Agent, the Banks or their parent bank holding companies.
Bank Affiliates means any direct or indirect subsidiary (other than the Bank) of KeyCorp and its successors.
Bank Affiliates means any entity now or hereafter controlling, controlled by, or under, in control, directly or indirectly, of the Bank or Bank's parent, BankAmerica Corporation.

Bank Affiliates has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2.5. hereof.
