Examples of Bank Designees in a sentence

  • A valid vote (and any course of action based thereon) shall consist of votes cast by (i) no less than ***** designees, and (ii) an equal number of Virgin Designees and Bank Designees, respectively.

  • The initial FDS Bank Designees and Partner Designees shall be determined prior to the First Closing.
