Bank Group Security Documents definition
Bank Group Security Documents shall have the same meaning as is assigned to the term “Collateral Documents”, as such term is defined in the Bank Group Credit Agreement, and any other documents or instruments granting a Lien on or security interest in any real or personal property as security for the Bank Group Obligations or granting any rights or remedies with respect to such Liens.
Bank Group Security Documents means the “Security Agreement,” the “Mortgages,” the “Mortgage Instruments” and the other “Collateral Documents” as defined in the Existing Bank Group Agreement, and any other documents that are designated under the Existing Bank Group Agreement or any other Bank Group Agreement as “Bank Group Security Documents” for purposes of this Agreement.
Bank Group Security Documents means the Security Documents (as defined in the Senior Facilities Agreement or any Refinancing Facilities Agreement).
