Bank Loan Rate definition

Bank Loan Rate for any day means the rate calculated by the Credit Facility Team according to a formula established by the Board of Trustees of each Trust intended to approximate the lowest interest rate at which bank short-term loans would be available to a Borrower.
Bank Loan Rate means the rate calculated by the Advisor according to a formula established by the Trustees intended to approximate the lowest interest rate at which bank short-term loans would be available to the Funds.
Bank Loan Rate means a per annum rate, determined from time to time, equal to the product of (i) the Margin Rate Factor multiplied by (ii) (a) the sum of the Applicable Spread (determined in accordance with Section 2.9(c) hereof) plus (b) the product of the LIBOR Index multiplied by the Tax-Exempt Rate Factor (determined in accordance with Section 2.9(c) hereof).

  • Outstanding Loan Balance means the principal amount of your full-time Direct Loans outstanding at any time, including any Canada Student Grant amount(s) converted to a Direct Loan, together with all interest on those amounts.

  • Term Loan B has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
