Bank Refinancing definition

Bank Refinancing shall have the meaning set forth in ---------------- Section 5.05 of this Agreement.
Bank Refinancing means the refinancing transactions described in Sections 5.09(a) and (b).

Bank Refinancing means the assignment by AHS of a portion of the indebtedness outstanding under the Credit Agreement to AMS.
