Bank RPA definition

Bank RPA means the Second Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2002, between the Bank and HRAC II, as amended from time to time, and includes any other receivables purchase agreement, substantially in the form of such agreement, entered into between the Bank or HRAC II and an Account Owner or other Affiliated entity in the future.
Bank RPA means (a) the Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 12, 2002, between the Bank and HPLAC, as amended from time to time, and (b) any other receivables purchase agreement, substantially in the form of either such agreement, entered into between the Bank or another Account Owner and a Receivables Seller or another Affiliate in the future.
Bank RPA means the Receivables Purchase Agreement (as has been or may be amended from time to time), dated as of April 15, 2003, between HRAC and the Bank.
