Banking Code of Practice means the Banking Code of Practice published by the Australian Banking Association, as amended, revised or amended and restated from time to time.

  • ISO-NE Practices means the ISO-NE practices and procedures for delivery and transmission of energy in effect from time to time and shall include, without limitation, applicable requirements of the NEPOOL Agreement, and any applicable successor practices and procedures.
