• Once the Banquet Event Order has been finalized, it shall be signed and attached hereto no later than seven (7) days prior to the Event.

• Group will be responsible for the charges listed on the Banquet Event Order or the Agreed Minimum Food and Beverage Revenue figure, whichever is greater, plus applicable tax and service charges.

• The prices listed on the Banquet Event Order, when attached hereto, are subject to proportionate increases to meet increased cost of supplies for Events reserved more than 120 days in advance, but any such increase shall not exceed 10%.

• As required and further stated by agreement with a signed Banquet Event Order (BEO) for your event(s), meeting space will be held for the dates and rooms listed on the BEO.

• A dedicated Catering Captain will serve as your main contact during the actual function, handling the details associated with the functions Banquet Event Order.
