Banquet Event Order definition

Banquet Event Order or “BEO” means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

Examples of Banquet Event Order in a sentence

  • Once the Banquet Event Order has been finalized, it shall be signed and attached hereto no later than seven (7) days prior to the Event.

  • If the required final count guarantee is not submitted to the Events Manager, the original attendee figure on the Banquet Event Order will be considered the final count.

  • To confirm function space on a definite basis, the client must provide Cache Restaurant with written authorization on a Cache contract or on a confirmed Banquet Event Order.

  • If the banquet office is not notified, the number of persons noted as a tentative count on the Banquet Event Order will be considered the Guaranteed Minimum.

  • If a guarantee is not given to the Hotel by 11:00am on the date it is due, the lower number on the Banquet Event Order will automatically become the guarantee.
