Bar establishment license definition
Bar establishment license means a license issued in accordance with Chapter 5, Retail License Act, and Chapter 6, Part 4, Bar Establishment License.
Bar establishment license or “bar license” means as stated in Utah Code Title 32B a retail license issued in accordance with Utah Code § 32B-5-101 et seq and Utah Code § 32B-6-401 et seq.
Bar establishment license means a license issued by the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission in accordance with Title 32B, Chapter 5, Retail License Act, and Chapter 6, Part 4, Bar Establishment License of the Utah Code.
