Bargained-for Employee definition

Bargained-for Employee means an Employee who is represented by a collective bargaining unit that is recognized by the Participating Employer. “Bargained-for Employee” and “Hourly Employee” have the same meaning.
Bargained-for Employee or “Hourly Employee” means an Employee who is represented by a collective bargaining unit that is recognized by the Company or other Participating Employer and whose bargaining unit has agreed to this Program.
