Bargaining Unit Position definition

Bargaining Unit Position means a position within the bargaining unit and subject to this Agreement.
Bargaining Unit Position means any position of teaching, demonstrating, tutoring or marking in certificate or degree credit programs conducted by the University of Manitoba when and for the period of time the position is staffed by a University of Manitoba student.
