Bargaining Unit Position means any Non-Management Position at the Company covered by the terms of any Collective Bargaining Agreement between BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair, Inc. and Local 684 of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, AFL-CIO (the “Union”) that is in effect at any time during the term of the Parties’ Agreement. Related to Bargaining Unit Position
