Barrier Rate 2 definition

Barrier Rate 2 means, in respect of a Base Currency and Subject Currency, such exchange rate as specified in the relevant Final Terms as the Barrier Rate 2 for the exchange of such Subject Currency into the Base Currency (expressed as the number of units (or part units) of the Subject Currency for which one unit of the Base Currency can be exchanged).
Barrier Rate 2 means 0.55 per cent. (0.55%) per annum.
Barrier Rate 2 means 4.00 per cent. (4.00%), expressed as 0.04.

Related to Barrier Rate 2

  • SOFR Rate Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Federal Funds Open Rate means the rate set forth on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 5 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) for an Interest Determination Date underneath the caption “FEDERAL FUNDS” in the row titled “OPEN”. If the rate is not available for an Interest Determination Date, the rate for that Interest Determination Date shall be the Federal Funds Rate as determined below.

  • Day Count Fraction means, in respect of the calculation of an amount of interest on any Note for any period of time (from and including the first day of such period to but excluding the last) (whether or not constituting an Interest Period or an Interest Accrual Period, the “Calculation Period”):

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;
