Base Administrative Fee definition

Base Administrative Fee means the amount paid by the Manufacturer to the State to cover the administrative costs related to performance of this Agreement. The fee may be in the form of a one-time fee, a per claim fee, a percentage-based fee, or some other arrangement as determined by the Parties and described in Appendix B.

  • Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.
