Base Course definition

Base Course means “Binder Course” “Roadbase” shall mean “Base”
Base Course means the crushed rock or aggregate which is placed immediately upon the sub-base course;
Base Course means a layer(s) of specified or selected material that lies below the hard top surface of the roadway.
