Base Discount Rate definition

Base Discount Rate means the total fees and charges, expressed as a percentage of the amount of a Net Purchase Charge, that Costco pays Bank for the acceptance of Co-Branded Cards at Costco Outlets and Costco Locations, as set forth and determined pursuant to the Program Economics Schedule.
Base Discount Rate means the bid-side interpolated yield on the interest rate swap having a maturity co-terminous with the remaining term of the Loan as such yield is shown on Bloomberg page SWDF 23 (or such other reference as may replace SWDF 23 on that service).

Examples of Base Discount Rate in a sentence

  • The Base Discount Rate shall be applied to the face amount of all checks processed for authorization by EZCheck, and debited daily from Merchant’s funding credit.
