Base Impositions Amount definition
Base Impositions Amount means the sum of (i) one-half of the Impositions (excluding any amounts described in Section 2.05(b)(ii)) for the Tax Year during which the Construction Period ends and (ii) one-half of the Impositions (excluding any amounts described in Section 2.05(b)(ii)) for the first Tax Year that commences following the end of the Construction Period.
Base Impositions Amount means Impositions (excluding any amounts described in Section 2.05(b)(ii)) for the Tax Year commencing on July 1, 2017.
