BASE INFORMATION definition

BASE INFORMATION means data and information that resides in the GeneExpress Data Warehouse comprising (i) gene expression profiles, (ii) nucleotide sequence information, (iii) protein sequence information and (iv) clinical and other information associated with tissue and cell samples; and any related annotated information regarding, for example, the source of the foregoing, their biological function(s), involvement in any metabolic or regulatory pathway(s), relationship to any disease(s) or response to any agent(s).
BASE INFORMATION means all sequence information pertaining to nucleic acids and proteins generated by Gene Logic from Samples under the Research Program. "Base Information" does not include other information from the Research Database, including without limitation methods, expression profiles and Sample annotations.
