Upon execution of a marketing Service Agreement, and for so long as your Service Agreement is in effect and you are current on your Marketing 360® Base Platform Fee, all Marketing Clients will be granted a revocable, non- transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive limited license to access the Marketing 360® software platform.
