Base Rate Revolving Loans definition

Base Rate Revolving Loans means, at any time, a Revolving Loan bearing interest as provided in Section 2.3(a) of the Loan Agreement.
Base Rate Revolving Loans means the Canadian Base Rate Revolving Loans and the U.S. Base Rate Revolving Loans.
Base Rate Revolving Loans means a Revolving Loan during any period in which it bears interest based on the Base Rate.

  • If Bank of America resigns as L/C Issuer, it shall retain all the rights, powers, privileges and duties of the L/C Issuer hereunder with respect to all Letters of Credit outstanding as of the effective date of its resignation as L/C Issuer and all L/C Obligations with respect thereto (including the right to require the Lenders to make Base Rate Revolving Loans or fund risk participations in Unreimbursed Amounts pursuant to Section 2.03(c)).

  • If Bank of America resigns as Swing Line Lender, it shall retain all the rights of the Swing Line Lender provided for hereunder with respect to Swing Line Loans made by it and outstanding as of the effective date of such resignation, including the right to require the Lenders to make Base Rate Revolving Loans or fund risk participations in outstanding Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.04(c).

  • The Administrative Agent may at any time (i) request, on behalf of the Borrower, the Lenders to make, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.1(a) and to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.2, Base Rate Revolving Loans to repay any Protective Advance or (ii) require the Lenders to acquire participations in any Protective Advance as provided in Section 2.2(b).


More Definitions of Base Rate Revolving Loans

Base Rate Revolving Loans means, collectively, the US Base Rate Revolving Loans and the UK Base Rate Revolving Loans.
Base Rate Revolving Loans. Interest shall accrue on the principal amount of those Base Rate Loans (other than Seasonal Advances and the Term Loan) outstanding at the end of each day at a fluctuating rate per annum (computed on the actual days elapsed over a year of 360 days) equal to one-half of one percent (0.50%) above the Base Rate.
Base Rate Revolving Loans. Loans, Term Loans or Revolving Loans (as appropriate) at such time as they accrue interest at a rate based upon the Base Rate.

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
