The Base Rental Payments are subject to prepayment as provided in Section 6.06 of the Master Lease/Purchase Agreement.
Such insurance shall be payable to Lessor in amounts proportionate to Lessee's loss of use of the Property and Equipment and the corresponding rental abatement, if any, and shall supplement Lessee's applicable Base Rental Payments, if any, during the restoration period in sufficient amount to make Lessor whole.
