Base Rental definition

Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $24 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises. Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term as set forth in the Base Rental Agreement by and between Landlord and Tenant.
Base Rental and “Base Rental Payments” means all amounts payable to the Authority from the County as Base Rental Payments pursuant to Section 3.01 hereof.

  • The proceeds of rental interruption insurance shall be used to pay Base Rental Payments.

Base Rental means the highest minimum guaranteed rental charged during the lease term in which the adjustment of rental is computed.
