Base Rent definition

Base Rent. $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) Examples of Base Rent in a sentence

  • City will have the same remedies for a default in the payment of any Additional Charges as for a default in the payment of Base Rent.

Base Rent. The net monthly payment shall be __________________ dollars ($_______________), payable monthly with the first payment due upon the commencement of the Lease and each monthly installment payable thereafter on the ____ day of each month.
