Base Rent definition

Base Rent. As defined in Section 3.1.
Base Rent. $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) [ ] If this box is checked, this Lease provides for the Base Rent to be adjusted per Addendum ___, attached hereto.

Examples of Base Rent in a sentence

  • The price to be paid by Lessee to Lessor for the Property on an Option Date shall be the principal balance of the unpaid purchase price as of that Option Date, as set forth in the Base Rent Schedule attached hereto at Exhibit C plus any accrued and unpaid interest, plus expenses described in Section 7.4 below.

  • In the event that Explore holds over, then the Base Rent shall be increased to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Base Rent applicable immediately preceding the expiration or termination.

  • The monthly Base Rent shall be increased by $2,000 per additional classroom utilized by Explore in Building 10(C) as described in Section 1.3 of this Sublease.
