Base Rent definition

Base Rent. As defined in Section 3.1.
Base Rent. $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) [ ] If this box is checked, this Lease provides for the Base Rent to be adjusted per Addendum ___, attached hereto.

Examples of Base Rent in a sentence

  • Any portion of the Total initial Premises Rent Abatement Amount utilized for the payment of the Over-Allowance Amount as permitted herein shall not be provided as a credit against monthly Base Rent.

  • The monthly Base Rent payable by Tenant with respect to the Additional Temporary Premises, if leased by Xxxxxx, shall equal $39,613.50 (subject to the last sentence of Section 1.1.5.1, above).

  • Tenant shall pay the Base Rent due for the initial Premises (disregarding any Base Rent applicable to any initial Premises Basement Premises) for the first month following the expiration of the “Initial Premises Rent Abatement Period,” as that term is defined in Section 3.2.1, below, concurrently with Xxxxxx’s execution of this Lease.

  • At Tenant’s option, prior to the application of the foregoing credit against monthly Base Rent, Tenant shall have the right, upon notice to Landlord, to utilize any unapplied portion of the Total Initial Premises Rent Abatement Amount for payment of the “Over-Allowance Amount,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.1 of the Tenant Work Letter, due for the Tenant Improvements associated with the Initial Premises.

  • In no event shall Tenant be entitled to aggregate amount in excess of the Extended Term Tenant Improvement Allowance (as the same may be increased pursuant to the terms of Section 4.1.2.2, above) pursuant to the terms of this Section 5 for Premises Improvements, FF&E and/or as a Base Rent credit, provided that in no event shall the foregoing limit or alter Tenant’s right to the Existing Allowances pursuant to the terms of the Lease, as amended hereby.


More Definitions of Base Rent

Base Rent means the amount obtained by multiplying the Land Value by the Lease Rate Percentage and as periodically adjusted by the Adjustment Period Escalator.
