Base Rent definition

Base Rent. $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) Examples of Base Rent in a sentence

  • Base Rent during the Renewal Term shall be calculated as provided in this Lease.

  • All charges payable by Tenant to Landlord hereunder other than Base Rent are called “Additional Rent.” Unless this Lease provides otherwise, all Additional Rent shall be paid within thirty (30) days following receipt from Landlord of evidence of the amount of such Additional Rent then due.

  • If Base Rent or Additional Rent is paid by check and the check is returned to Landlord for any reason whatsoever without payment, Tenant shall be assessed a late charge on the past due amount pursuant to Section 4.07 as well as a Fifty Dollar ($50) fee to cover the charge assessed by the financial institution that returns the check.

  • Tenant acknowledges that Xxxxxx’s failure to pay Base Rent or Additional Rent pursuant to the terms of this Lease may cause Landlord to incur unanticipated costs.

  • If Tenant does not vacate the Premises upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and Landlord thereafter accepts rent from Tenant, Xxxxxx’s occupancy of the Premises shall be a tenancy at will, subject to all of the terms of this Lease applicable to a tenancy at will, except that the Base Rent then in effect shall be equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Base Rent in effect immediately prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Base Rent. The net monthly payment shall be __________________ dollars ($_______________), payable monthly with the first payment due upon the commencement of the Lease and each monthly installment payable thereafter on the ____ day of each month.
