Base Salary Rate definition

Base Salary Rate means an employee's base salary as contained in Part III of this Award exclusive of all allowances.
Base Salary Rate means a Participant’s monthly base salary determined at the greater of (1) the Participant’s monthly base salary rate in effect immediately prior to the Participant’s Termination Upon a Change in Control or (2) the Participant’s monthly base salary rate in effect immediately prior to the applicable Change in Control. For this purpose, base salary does not include any bonuses, commissions, fringe benefits, car allowances, other irregular payments or any other compensation except base salary.

  • All relevant salary adjustments shall be applied to the Base Salary Rate.

More Definitions of Base Salary Rate

Base Salary Rate means, as applicable, either:
