The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project.

More Definitions of Monthly Salary Rate

Monthly Salary Rate means the monthly salary including service pay, if applicable, calculated using the basic monthly rate for the confirmed rank, or position, occupied by the employee at the time of his death, and as such monthly salary exists from time to time following his said death, and the regular monthly hours of work for the said rank or position;

Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of CM’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project.
