Base Salary Total definition

Base Salary Total is defined as the sum of previous year's salaries of all continuing unit members.

  • If Executive's employment is terminated as a result of his death, the Company shall pay to his estate all previously earned and accrued but unpaid Base Salary up to the date of such termination, but neither Executive nor his estate shall be entitled to any further Base Salary, Total Annual Bonus or Benefits for that year or any future year or to any severance compensation of any kind, nature or amount.
