Basic Conditions definition

Basic Conditions means a temperature of fifteen and six-tenths degrees Celsius (15.6°C) (measured with a mercury thermometer) and an absolute pressure of one point zero one three two five (1.01325) bar or seven hundred and sixty (760) millimetres of mercury column (measured by Fortin type barometer and corrected to zero degrees Celsius (0°C) with the standard gravity acceleration value), the equivalents
Basic Conditions means a temperature of fifteen degrees (15°) Celsius (measured with a mercury thermometer) and an absolute pressure of one decimal zero one three two five (1.01325) bar or seven hundred sixty (760) millimeters of mercury column (measured by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ type barometer and corrected to zero degrees (0°) Celsius with the standard gravity acceleration value), the equivalents of which in the Anglo-Saxon system are fifty-nine degrees (59°) Fahrenheit and fourteen decimal six nine six (14.696) psia, respectively. All volumes referred to in this Agreement will be in terms of volumes under Basic Conditions unless otherwise expressly indicated.
Basic Conditions means the conditions that a Neighbourhood Development Plan must meet, as specified in Paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as applied to Neighbourhood Development Plans by section 38A of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  • No establishment shall employ any person in contravention of Chapter 6 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act 75 of 1997).

  • All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain applicable, including the following: Any accumulated leave-pay benefits accrued by the employees prior to October of the first year of registration must be paid out by the employee’s employer to the employee in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act 75 of 1997)(as amended), when due.

  • The wage rates and conditions of labour employed under the Expanded Public Works Programme, shall comply with the Ministerial Determination 4, issued in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act of 1997 by the Minister of Labour in Government Notice No. R347 of 4 May 2012.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, the Labour Relations Act, 1995, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997, the Employment Equity Act, 1998 and any other applicable employment legislation currently in force or which may come into force during the currency of this Agreement.

  • Such indefinite period contract of employment shall comply with the provisions of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act 75 of 1997)(as amended).

  • Such certificate shall comply with the provisions of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act 75 of 1997)(as amended).
