Basic Design definition

Basic Design means the design drawings provided by the Purchaser listed Section 99000 in Appendix VIII;
Basic Design means the drawings as detailed in section 99000 Appendix to the Specification.
Basic Design has the meanings set out in Annex K (Project Requirements).

Examples of Basic Design in a sentence

  • The Design Professional agrees to perform for the Owner the work and the professional services hereinbefore denominated as Basic Design Services.

  • Upon completion and approval by the Owner of each phase of documents and services specified herein, the Design Professional shall be entitled to payment of a percentage of the Basic Design Services Fee substantially in accordance with the following schedule.

  • The Basic Design Services Fee shall include all professional Basic Design Services for design (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Proposal Documents, and Phased Services) and the design of all Change Orders during the Construction phase that are not a result of a Change of Scope.

More Definitions of Basic Design

Basic Design means the Quality Control plan, the Time Schedule, the Single Line Diagram, the Site Layout, the Containers Drawings and the Cooling Calculation; 1.
