Basic Engineering means the basic engineering work started prior to the project authorization for the New Train after the execution of the HoA.

Basic Engineering means the Mirzapur Basic Engineering Designs Bid means the bid consisting of the Qualification Proposal and the Financial Proposal submitted by a Bidder for qualification and award of the Project.
