Basic Package means the Package(s) offered by the Affiliate, which an existing subscriber of the Affiliate’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform and/or a subscriber joining the Affiliate’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform has to mandatorily subscribe in order to avail Package(s) offered on the Affiliate’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform, without additional obligation on such subscriber to subscribe to any other television channel or Add-On Package offered on the Affiliate’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform.
