Review Package. A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

Examples of Review Package in a sentence

  • In connection with any request for a Rating Agency Confirmation from a Rating Agency pursuant to this Section 3.09(a), the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable (in each case, if it is the party processing the related request pursuant to the first paragraph of this Section 3.09(a)), shall deliver a Review Package to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website in accordance with Section 12.13 of this Agreement.

  • Any party hereto seeking Rating Agency confirmation with respect to the matters described above shall deliver a Review Package to such Rating Agency.

  • Any party hereto seeking rating agency confirmation with respect to the matters described above shall deliver a Review Package to such rating agency.

  • The employee and supervisor will complete the applicable documents required to provide a complete PD Review Package.

  • In connection with any request for a Rating Agency Confirmation from a Rating Agency (or, with respect to any Serviced Companion Loan Securities, the related rating agencies) pursuant to this Section 3.08(b), the Special Servicer shall deliver a Review Package to such Rating Agency (or, with respect to any Serviced Companion Loan Securities, the related rating agencies) in accordance with Section 3.30 of this Agreement.

  • In connection with any request for a Rating Agency Confirmation from a Rating Agency pursuant to this Section 3.09(a), the Special Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable, shall deliver a Review Package to such Rating Agency in accordance with Section 11.13 of this Agreement.

  • The GMP may be adjusted by mutual agreement during the Project and is expected to be confirmed in writing by Owner and Design-Builder through Owner’s written acceptance of each Design Review Package.

Related to Review Package

  • Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of BSEF Rules, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of chargers against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Review Report means, for an Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared according to Section 3.5.

  • Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments. Limitations on its use are specified in 10 CFR 71.13.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).
