Basic Premium definition

Basic Premium means the Premium payable periodically under the policy as shown in the Schedule.
Basic Premium means the premium, including a premium paid by virtue of a premium- waiver benefit, less charges (if any) deductible from the premium for rider-benefits;
Basic Premium means the premium for the basic plan and is shown in the Policy Schedule.

  • Beneficiaries with ESRD who are enrolled in an MA Plan where an MA Rebate for Part B Premium Reduction or MA Rebate for Part D Basic Premium Reduction is applicable receive these rebate benefits through their enrollment in the Plan, despite the fact that the Part C risk- adjusted payment is not based upon the Plan’s bid.
