Basic User definition

Basic User means the Software user, appointed and authorised by the User Admin – as well as instructed by the latter about the use of the Platform and the Software, and about the terms and conditions hereof – who: (i) selects and autonomously sets the Basic Credentials; (ii) uses the SaaS Services, compatibly with the Authorisation Levels established by the User Admin (and, consequently, by the Client) and consequently by the Client and is responsible for the use of the Platform and the Software; (iii) selects, uploads and modifies, compatibly with the Authorisation Levels, the contents of the User Database.

Basic User means a natural person who is authorized by a company and who by virtue of registration and licensing according to Article 1a is entitled to view all data of the company concerned in "My Account" but without having the power to make declarations of intent (including offers and acceptances) and other legal actions.

More Definitions of Basic User

Basic User means any user designated by Customer as a “Location Manager” in the Software (or such other designation as EWS may reasonably adopt), which enables the completion of I-9 records through a simplified user interface.
