Basic Warranty definition

Basic Warranty means the basic or standard warranty or service plan provided by Dell in respect of any Dell Product as set out in clause 5; “Contract” means the contract for the sale of Products and /or Services by Dell directly to you in accordance with these Consumer Terms;
Basic Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 23.1.
Basic Warranty shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.1 below.

Examples of Basic Warranty in a sentence

  • This Agreement may not be transferred to a subsequent VEHICLE owner if the manufacturer’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty (Basic Warranty), Powertrain Warranty, or any other manufacturer component warranty is not transferable or the term of such manufacturer’s warranty is reduced by time or mileage.

  • Perlick will provide the parts and labor necessary to repair or replace (at Perlick’s option) any parts proven to be defective in material or workmanship during the Basic Warranty Period.

  • This Limited Warranty does not apply to any damage to the Product for any reason other than damage arising from a manufacturing defect in the specific circumstances outlined in the Limited Basic Warranty and Limited Finish Warranty sections above.

  • Inventory acquired since the Basic Warranty Date has been acquired in the ordinary course of business and valued as set forth above.

  • The representations and warranties of Sellers set forth in this Agreement shall be accurate in all material respects at and as of the Closing Date with the same force and effect as though made on and as of the Closing Date, except for any changes resulting from activities or transactions which may have taken place after the Basic Warranty Date and which are permitted or contemplated by this Agreement or which have been entered into in the ordinary course of business.

  • Basic Warranty shall be considered a limited warranty and includes professional, technical, inpatient, outpatient services for normal patient post op follow up AND in the event, any repair, revisions, or re-admissions that are medically necessary for patient safety, such as hemorrhage, infection, implant mechanical repair, dislocation, or amendment of the functionality of the implant.

  • All such insurance premiums in respect of such coverage have been, and to the Closing Date will be, paid in full, or if not due, properly accrued on the Basic Warranty Date Balance Sheet.

  • All such accounts receivable are and will be collectible in amounts not less than the amounts carried on the books of the Company (net of any reserves reflected on the Basic Warranty Date Balance Sheet), and will be paid within 120 days of their initial due dates.

Basic Warranty begins on your lift’s Warranty Start Date. The Warranty Start Date is the earlier of (1) the date you take delivery of your new ShoreStation lift, OR (2) the date the lift was first put into service (for example, as a dealer “demo” or as a Midwest company lift). The “Basic Warranty” lasts for 2 years (24 months) from this date. The “Basic Warranty” covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair any item on your ShoreStation lift that is defective in material, workmanship or factory preparation. You pay nothing for these repairs. Hydraulic Components Electrical Components ShoreStation Accessories During the 3rd year of Flexpower electric lift ownership, electronic components will be covered against failure in workmanship and material, parts only. This 3rd year extension includes the controller, motor and relay, remotes, reversing coil and solenoid. Midwest Industries, Inc. reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts to fulfill this warranty promise. Damage to electric components caused by overload, corrosion, submersion, low voltage, blatant misuse, or acts of God are outside the scope of this coverage. For years 3 – 6 of Flexpower hydraulic lift ownership, the hydraulic cylinder will be covered against failure in workmanship and material, parts only. Midwest Industries, Inc. reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts to fulfill this warranty promise. Cylinder piston rod corrosion and aquatic growth causing seal failure is covered under this warranty; cylinder outer tube corrosion is not covered. Damage to hydraulic cylinder due to misuse or acts of God are also outside the scope of this coverage.
Basic Warranty is defined in Section 9(a) hereof.
Basic Warranty covers every Midwest supplied part with exceptions on yourShoreStation.

Related to Basic Warranty

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty means the warranty supplied from time to time by the manufacturer of the Goods as at the date of the acceptance of the Statement of Work; “PPSA” means the Personal Property Securities ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; “Price” means the amount specified within each Statement of Work (subject to any Variation) or as otherwise specified from the Company to the Customer representing the cost for the Works; “Related Work” means any additional building, carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing or other work or other trades that the Customer requires, which are not to be carried out by the Company; “Services” means the services provided by the Company to the Customer as part of the Works, which may include without limitation the installation of Goods; “Services Delay Charge” means the services delay charge (if any) set out in the Statement of Work; “Services Interruption Event” means any interruption to a Works caused by; a Force Majeure Event, the Customer’s failure to carry out or perform any obligation required of it under this agreement which in the sole opinion of the Company does or may cause a delay in the Works and any other matter which in the reasonable opinion of the Company will cause an interruption or delay in the performance of the Works; “Statement of Work” means the details outlining the provision of the Works, which statement can be delivered verbally or in writing (including email) and may include (where applicable) an estimate or quotation (as specifically expressed as the case) of costs; “Variation” means a change in the Statement of Work including the specifications, scope, time of supply, price or scale of the Works and such variation shall form part of this agreement; “Workmanship” means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;

  • Express warranty means an express warranty as set forth in sections 4-2-313 and 4-2.5-210, C.R.S. An express warranty shall cover every part of a new wheelchair except the tires and batteries.
