BB2121 Milestone definition

BB2121 Milestone means the first approval by the FDA of a biologic license application (BLA) that grants Celgene, the Company or any of their respective Affiliates (or their respective successors and assigns) the right to commercially manufacture, market and sell BB2121 in the United States in accordance with applicable Law for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma in humans.

  • The Company shall provide the Trustee and Paying Agent written notice (email being sufficient) of the non-occurrence of the Milestone as promptly as practicable thereafter and, if the Milestone has not occurred prior to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Target Date, at least seven (7) Business Days following the BB2121 Milestone Target Date (unless the Trustee consents to a shorter notice period).
