BC Public School definition

BC Public School means all public schools in British Columbia providing kindergarten to grade 12 education, but does not include BC Independent Schools or First Nation Schools.
BC Public School means any public school in British Columbia where a board of education or francophone education authority provides kindergarten to grade 12 education under the School Act;
BC Public School means any public schools in British Columbia, operated by a board of education or francophone education authority as defined in the School Act, providing kindergarten to grade 12 education.
