BCA Transaction definition

BCA Transaction means the business combination transactions contemplated by the BCA.
BCA Transaction means the business combination transactions contemplated by that certain Business Combination Agreement, dated as of July [__], 2021, by and among the Corporation, Fathom Holdco, LLC and other Persons party thereto, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or waived from time to time (the “BCA”).
