Bcl-2 Selective Profile definition

Bcl-2 Selective Profile means all Licensed Compounds whose biological activity is primarily based upon their interaction with Bcl-2 (but not Bcl-xL). “Bcl-xL Selective Profile” means all Licensed Compounds whose biological activity is primarily based upon their interaction with Bcl-xL (but not Bcl-2). “Dual Profile” means all Licensed Compounds whose biological activity is primarily based upon their interaction with both Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL.

  • Dose profile means the dose as a function of position along a line.

Ownership of ADSs held in DRS/Profile is evidenced by periodic statements issued by the Depositary to the Holders entitled thereto.

  • Eligibility and selection criteria means criteria for determining:

  • Treatment plan means a written agreement between the department and the parent or

  • Random selection process means a process by which currently income-eligible households are selected for placement in affordable housing units such that no preference is given to one applicant over another except for purposes of matching household income and size with an appropriately priced and sized affordable unit (e.g., by lottery).

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Treatment program means an abstinence based program or facility that is accredited by any of the following:

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or "CPR" means artificial ventilation or external

  • Objective medical evidence means reports of examinations or treatments; medical

  • Disinfection profile means a summary of Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant.

  • Class Year Study means a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • Elective Surgery means non-emergency surgery which is medically necessary, but can be delayed for at least 24 hours.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Opioid treatment program means a detoxification or maintenance treatment program which is required to report patient identifying information to the central registry and which is located in the state.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • inherited metabolic disease means a disease caused by an inherited abnormality of body chemistry for which testing is mandated by law;
