BDC Asset Coverage Ratio definition
BDC Asset Coverage Ratio means the "asset coverage" ratio for the Borrower, as determined in accordance with Section 18 of the Investment Company Act.
BDC Asset Coverage Ratio means the “asset coverage” ratio for the Transferor, as determined in accordance with Section 18 (as modified by Section 61) of the 1940 Act.
BDC Asset Coverage Ratio means, on a consolidated basis for Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, the ratio which the value of total assets, less all liabilities and indebtedness not represented by Senior Securities, bears to the aggregate amount of Senior Securities representing indebtedness of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries (all as determined pursuant to the Investment Company Act and any no-action letters or orders of the SEC issued to the Borrower or generally to business development companies thereunder).

From the Closing Date until the Collection Date, the BDC Asset Coverage Ratio shall be at least the greater of (i) 1.50 to 1.00 and (ii) the statutory test applicable to the Transferor at any time.
The Servicer will deliver to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Collateral Agent, at least quarterly, commencing June, 2024, a report signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer certifying as to Unencumbered Liquidity, the BDC Asset Coverage Ratio and minimum shareholders’ equity of the Transferor and including any calculations made in respect thereof.
