Beauty Therapist means any person engaged in the work of facial and body therapy and shall include such things as dietetics, facial massage, body massage, deportment and exercise, all facets of make-up, manicure and pedicure, treatment of superfluous hair through waxing, bleaching, epilation and electrolysis, cellulite treatment, muscle toning, the use of electrical apparatus for high frequency treatments, desincrustation and ionization.
