BECO Joint Venture means RCN-BECOCOM, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company formed under the terms of a Joint Venture Agreement dated as of December 23, 1996 between RCN Telecom Services, Inc. and Boston Energy Technology Group, Inc.
